“Train the Trainer”: Maximize your Staff’s Impact on their Campers

This training session is required for all DFI Title XX Main Contacts.

Choose from two of the dates to attend.  

In response to your needs shared in our Outcomes Training Survey sent out in February, we have developed this training to support you and your staff.

• In this session, we will train you on how to train your staff, to implement a culture of growth in your programming that aligns with the DFI Title XX Program goals and is focused on camper development.
• Use our guidance and provided handouts to add this topic to your camp’s in-service training!
• This is not how to fill out the Camper Report forms.

Who should attend?

This training is mandatory for all DFI Title XX Main Contacts.

Why Attend?

The DFI Title XX Program has a goal to help clients of IDHS develop and strengthen skills around personal development and relationship building with others. Maintaining positive growth is also required for camps to receive these funds. Attending will help your agency prepare and manage the outcomes development to ensure that you are both meeting the requirements and helping the clients grow.

Location/Style of Event:

This event is a live, virtual event and will utilize the Zoom Meeting platform. ACA Illinois will not record this event.
