About This Training...
We spent the Spring unpacking Erasing Institutional Bias: How to Create Systemic Change for Organizational Inclusion by Ashley Diaz Mejias and Tiffany Jana in our book discussions and exploring what this means for our own Camps policies and practices.
We wanted to bring attendees together and continue reflecting on how the conversations we had impacted the work we did this summer.
We invite you to join us in our book club groups to debrief.
